They go hand-in-hand? Theyre not mutually exclusive. Youre legalizing a system that isnt air tight enough to stop the growth of furthet human trafficking beyond what currently happens.
You want more taxes, more regulations, more auditors of prostitution, more activists to oppose human trafficking, more NGOs, more cops, more surveillance. More city ordinances, more labor laws, more OSHA laws, more etc. Across the board.
