Yes, definitely.
There may be an adjustment for him to actually having a solid OL (hopefully), and sharpening up some things in a clean pocket, and avoiding hits better. But you're talking about a QB with high-end potential to be a legitimate franchise QB. There aren't many of those guys.
Whatever happened in meetings, I have no opinion on that. I don't have enough verifiable info.
