In that quick clip, his entire attitude has changed as well. Could be he's on meds, well rested, but he's not the anxious, bitter Jim Carrey we've seen lately. I honestly think he's thrilled at his 'new look'. But also, he doesn't care what others think. The comment at the end says it all.

Really it just looks like he plucked his eyebrows out and is wearing contact lenses or something. But Jim Carrey has always had legit mental health problems and I don't mean just anxiety and depression. Looks like he's going the Syd Barrett route

Yeah and when he did Man on the Moon he legitimately almost killed the movie by taking it too far. The cast and crew couldn't deal with it.

Awhile back it came out (maybe a rumor) that he was portraying Terrence McKenna in a movie, and Carey is known for really getting into character.
