My advice to you baws out there - find someone who loves you like Harmy loves the original Star Wars films:

Will Han shoot first?

Well, in Harmy's version, he does.

Does the original have the flying shoe mixed in with the TIE Fighters?

I'm pro original, but full disclosure, some of the FX of 77 didn't stand up too well. In particular, Vader's lenses in his helmet, aren't jet black, but you can see through them, like they were amber colored sunglasses. I see no problem fixing little visuals like that, maybe brushing up the 3D table top game visuals, but not too much. The cheesy element is what makes it special.

And Han isn't the first shooter, he's the only shooter.

I’ve never understood the fuss over who shot first. It’s contrived imo. Who cares?

At last count I have roughly 10 different versions of the original SW

Damn right. Han doesn't wait to see what happens. Han shoots first. Be like Han.

I don’t like it because it’s a clunky editorial attempt to shape a ridiculous premise to change the ending to appease some sense of virtue in a movie with laser swords.
Anyway, I’d buy a restored original version on disc.
I already have Disney+.

Han shot Greedo, because Greedo was talking shite, but dumbass let Han put his hand under the table. Don't frick with Han.

It's more than that. Greedo got the drop in Han, but was trying to leverage the initiative into some direct gain for himself ("...give me your ship"). Han was fast talking simply to buy time. Once Greedo backed him down to the booth, Han already decided to kill Greedo. The revisions are a complete change of Han's character, "only" shooting in self-defense which was clearly not what happened in the original.
Han was a rogue - an anti-hero when we first meet him. He gets his hero moment at the end when he puts himself at risk to save Luke.

Well, Greedo had just basically told him 'I'm taking you to Jabba and he'll likely kill you' so Han was like 'Nah, not gonna happen'.

Not shoot him in the cantina, especially while Han is still just sitting there saying "I got the money lined up". Won't even discuss the point of a hired gun missing a 4 ft shot
Han didn't shoot in self-defense, after being shot at. If you ever read the novelization that came out immediately after the movie, it's even stated... Greedo made a fatal mistake. He was talking shite, not paying attention, and he didn't notice that Han dropped his right hand under the table, out of sight. That let Han draw and line Greedo up, and shoot his arse.
