Am I the only one who noticed that BBT was using the pipe wrench the wrong way and was trying to "close" the valve going the wrong way?
Well, he is lefthanded and dyslexic
I can't wait for the Christmas episode...I hope he puts on a Santa suit

Well, now we know what was under the whipped cream.
They’re real, and they’re spectacular is the phrase that comes to mind

I think Ali Larter is even hotter than the actress who plays his daughter.

BBT even seems bored with what he says.

Didn’t want to come back to the post until I had a chance to catch up!
1. It is very entertaining. A little over the top, but I’m good with that. Someone once told me that you have to remember that these are fictional TV shows and they will take liberties that normally would never happen in real life and to just enjoy the ride. Going in with that mindset, I’m hooked so far.
2. BBT is the man. He’s a very underrated actor and he is the straw that stirs the drink on this show.
3. The daughter and ex-wife…..Good lord. Forgot my name for a second.
4. Very surprised at how little screen time that Hamm and Demi Moore have received thus far. Sad to see Michael Pena gone this early.
5. I think the attorney and BBT are going to get together at some point.
6. Elvio’s widow and Cooper will undoubtedly get together and that will cause problems with the cousins.
7. Interested to figure out more about Monty. I think there’s something more sinister that he may be hiding.
8. Really hope that this doesn’t flame out and stays solid.

If he's not now, he will be by the time Sheridan gets done..

Where’s the scene where he spends 8 hours flipping through dusty deed books in the back room of an old courthouse with shitty ac?!?!
THAT'S a Landman. What Billy Bob is doing in that show is basically being a high-paid foreman. Landmen aren't managing crews of roughnecks.

Ali Larter is a smoke show. Those were perfect tits and she had to beg BBT to give it to her

I’m looking forward to the Landman/Tulsa King crossover.

Sheridan also bought the rights to S.C. Gwynn's Empire of the Summer Moon. That's the story of Quanah Parker and the conquering/eradication of the Comanches. That would be epic if he actually turns it into a series.

Landmark isn't accurate but hey it's Hollywood and it's entertainment, it's my guilty pleasure right now. Like a soap opera at night.... love bbt dialog, gonna have to remember some of his lines to use.

One of my favorite books. If they give him a big budget for a miniseries it could be epic.

Ali's character is pretty much a continuation of her life after Varsity Blues
Her and Lance broke up and she married a oilfield man then it went to shite

such a great role model. teaching her teen daughter how to whore.
and i guess we see more of her since it seems like she's moving in?
the old guy is going to have a heart attack with the mom and daughter both in the house.
the lawyer chick sees to be getting hotter.
ZERO screen time for Demi this episode? wtf?
and John Hamm gets like 2 minutes an episode?
widow calling the son for a booty call? that should go over great.

Looks like the lawyer broad is the Beth in this Sheridan production.
He goes so over the top with everything.

It's already old. I like the show, I guess, but where the hell are they going with any of this?

Didn’t you see her looking at the stack of bills? To her family, BBT is on the inside and she probably thinks the kid is rich.
They haven’t told us the full story, but looks like BBT gambled it all and lost during a bust. As part of the fallout he’s now loyal and/or indebted to Hamm.
Hamm is clearly the big bad of this show eventually. The way they’ve written it so far is to be able to hedge on it being a 2 season show or a 4-5 season show.
