Dr Octopus’ design Spider-Man 2 was perfect, but the Green Goblin (while a good villain) still looked right out of Power Rangers and I don’t think would fit in this universe. Hopefully they revamp Norman Osborn a bit.

I’m hoping for MacGuire’s Spider-Man (I can do without Garfield), Miles Morales, and then Spider-Gwen and Nic Cage as Spider-Man Noir as the others to make an appearance

Yeah I enjoyed it. But some things seemed out of character for Strange.
1) He just openly altered the time line because Parker wanted him too?
2) This master of magic gets his spell messed up just because Parker runs into it asking questions?
I think the movie looks good and I’m excited to see it. Those just seemed like very un-Strange things to happen just to get the ball rolling.

I’m sure there’s more to it with timeline altered in Loki miniseries

This is what I’m trying to figure out. We already know through the events of Loki the MV is coming. So….did what Strange cast really start anything with the MV? Do we just think he did and it’s really more from Loki? Did they both have a hand in it?
The reasoning behind it seemed kinda trivial (I know not to Peter) for THAT to REALLY be the cause of the MV.

This is one of the better trailers that tells you just enough to answer a few lingering questions from the last Spidey-flick while not giving up too much.

Agreed. I figure he's off his game slightly since the snap. Which would explain why he's wearing a sweat shirt in a frozen sanctum vs correcting it with a spell.

They’re definitely in it. How much remains to be seen. Could be just cameos at the end so they let Holland deal with Electro, Ock, Goblin and the rest on his own for the majority of the movie then they show up at the end to help Holland’s Spidey kick arse. Or, my personal hope, is that they come in halfway through the movie and stick around for a while. The only reason I feel like that latter part MIGHT not happen is they risk overshadowing Holland with Maguire.
Even if Maguire and Garfield are just cameos at the end, I hope Molina as Ock has a decent sized role.
