CP3 speaks on leaving NOLA

I'm sure this will go over well. But as I've always said on here, it was fun to boo him in the playoffs last year, but I never blame him for leaving a team that didn't have an owner or a practice facility.

Yeah I’ll never hate on CP3 for leaving. We were a sinking ship and he rightfully got on a lifeboat off it.

And people hate this guy and have him in the same group as Eric and AD. Dumb fans. Shinn ownership was an absolute joke

He still acts like a punk. But my disdain for him is no where close to AD.

I thank CP3 for everything that he did while a Hornet and everything he quietly does throughout the city. I had no problem with him leaving because we were an organization in a bad position.
With that being said, he’s still a petulant child on the court. He doesn’t play for New Orleans, so I will boo him.

I can’t speak for before the playoff series, but between the Zion dunk as time expired and the stuff with Jose during the playoff series, he’s acted like a bitch the last few times he’s been in town. So that’s probably why.

Not his fault Chouest was a bum, but he still quit on the city and team and wanted an easy championship in a larger market

Weird he's bringing this up now. Maybe he wants to mentor Zion for a year while trying to "Win One For Da Land" on his way out.

He's on a pod of someone from NOLA so makes sense the question gets asked. Now why he might answer it more candidly, he might be thinking of his basketball mortality. The ring window is closing fast and he's a no doubt HOFer but who's his team? Who retires his number? Probably the Clippers because it's not like they've got a long list of deserving but the place where he was The Franchise was here.

He literaly killed the deal that would have brought Steph Curry to New Orleans.

Nobody is as hated as Eric. He's the only one that gets booed on every touch.

He is so full of it. He’s a raging narcissist just like lebron

He really is. Dude may have heard rumors about the team leaving. But to act like it was a sure thing is a straight up fabrication

CP3’s saving grace was AD’s exit was 10x worse. Still I was upset Paul left, and his flopping, but I don’t dislike him the way most here hate AD. In his prime he was incredible to watch. That 2010 team taking the Lakers to 6 was all Paul.

I think AD and Gordon were the worst. CP3 is still third tho!
