There’s speculation that Robbins’ medicals scared teams away. Will be something to monitor if there’s a chronic injury there

Landers Nolley is one to watch. He’s got some Trey Murphy to his game

Not much experience compared to some other rosters, but you never know how much those guys are going to actually play.

truth. David Roddy is on sl memphis. he played a ton in rookie year and looked confident. he's supposed to be working on guard skills. they did that with bane last year. and the unfortunate Zaire Williams also got run as point. his knee said no mas after his workouts with Santiago Aldama in scenic Barcelona.
for reference they took ziaire williams at 10 and not tm3 who went 17. and year2 a whole lost season. better guess than hayes but wiliams stats and play at stanford not up to tm3. betting on body b.s. they didn't hit on everything. just a lot. I will say Williams defense was good enough he got starts in playoff his rookie season.

I'm delighted Espn2 has some games.

Taking a wild guess that some guys will be leaving work early on Friday to watch the (very early) 3:30 pm tipoff.

Can't wait to see Hawkins, Matkovic and Liddell.

Been 11 months since Liddell's surgery, hope he is 100%. Sure it will take some time for him to get his confidence back.

Think it's his lower leg injury history in general, rather than something chronic.

His injuries have all been different things, but people are worried about his mobility and longevity with how easy/frequently he was getting them.

We will definitely see a lot of Karlo. Sucks we can’t see both him and Robbins out there.

Really excited to see Hawkins, Landers Nolley, Liddell, and Karlo

I'm most excited to see Dyson. I wanna see improved confidence in his play making and shooting. We already know his defense is elite.

Also excited for the three you named.

Finally someone can come up with a trivia question to which Landers Nolly is the answer lol.

E.J. Liddell started playing 5 on 5 for the first time post-injury last month. He’s a full go for Summer League. Casey Hill said plan now is for him to play in as many games as possible.

They needed to replace Billy and Jaxson with rotation worthy bigs. That means 2 of Zeller/EJ/Matkovic need to work out. I guess you can throw Robbins in that mix too, but I'm not sure what his injury situation is.

I heard on a pod that Dyson Daniels is 1 year younger than anyone on the roster...the Summer League roster, that is.

Dyson Daniels on Jordan Hawkins' shooting: "If you leave him open, he's going to make it. I haven't been able to play with a shooter of his caliber who can shoot off the move, catch-and-shoot, make tough shots, always in the right spots. Looking forward to playing with him."

EJ Liddell on Hawkins' shooting: "In person, his jump shot is crazy. I don't know who's going to win a three-point contest between him and Trey (Murphy). I'm going to give it to Trey just because I saw it a whole bunch this past year. But (Hawkins) definitely has a great clip."

Curious to see what you all think of Seabron and his chances on making the big team. By all accounts he played well in the G last year. Is he a wing or a point?

Wiki says he is a 2 but he is 6’5”. Combine that with his shooting which is high overall percentage but few if any 3s and he is a slashing point or combo guard to me.

They cut him last year and redid his 2 way deal to a 2 year contract for a reason. If he makes the big roster it would be more after he's proven it this year like Naji and Jose did in the past.

As for wing or point, I'd look at him as more of a chaos generator a la Tyreke. Who he plays with to get all of the Kobe assists will probably be as important as his own play.

I’ve seen seabron in person at g league games against the rgv vipers. Dude was clearly one of the best on the court, and what really stood out was how easily he got to the basket and converted through contact or got the foul. Dude is fast.
