I understand where you are coming from but he does not necessarily look like a scholar and the current situation along with his decision making to put himself in this situation doesn't scream "genius".
Shedeur Sanders looks smarter than Travis Hunter on a basic first glance but how they talk, carry themselves, and have made decisions show that 1 is a really well rounded guy and the other guy not so much. Bailey doesn't look the brightest and is making bad decisions, doesn't have to be a race thing.

One cuck ESPN reporter put out a false report of him refusing to workout with the 76ers so now his draft stock is falling. It's absurd, but hes clearly worth the 7th overall pick

I see it opposite you I think. You said swing for the fences which probably is what we should do but I say add a high floor player that can be ready to play immediately in the rotation. This is why my pick has always been Kon Knueppel at 7. He would be a much needed sharpshooting wing that also was very good in the pick and roll at Duke. I think he’s going to be a better NBA player than his one year in college. I could see him becoming an Austin Reaves type player which would be a huge addition at a position of need. Then either stay at 23 and take BPA, hopefully a true center that can be a rim protector and rebounder or you could try to trade up to the middle of the draft if someone slides that they like. I want no part of Ace Bailey. The last thing you need is an entitled rookie who thinks he should just be given stardom.
