Plot twist, he was “healthy”, but 25 pounds above his contract clause and out of shape, so he was not allowed to play. But Zion’s camp also didn’t want the truth to be exposed bc it reflected more poorly on him than hiding behind mental health/hurdles.

Zion is listed at 6'6" but looks taller than 6'7" Luke and as tall or slightly taller than 6'8" Tatum in that photo.
