Breese, Fuaga and McCoy are fine. But watching this Super Bowl, I want us to add some serious beef to the offensive and defensive lines in the draft. First four picks need to be OL and DL unless a stud WR or TE is available.

Besides the top guys like Graham or Carter, I want us looking at these guys.

DE Nic Scourton 6’4” 285lbs
DE Shemar Stewart 6’6” 290lbs
DE Landon Jackson 6’7” 280lbs
DT Alfred Collins 6’5” 320lbs
DT Deone Walker 6’6” 345lbs
DE Jared Ivey 6’6” 285lbs
OG Wyatt Milum 6’6” 317lbs
OT/OG Grey Zabel 6’6” 305lbs
OG Tate Ratledge 6’6” 320lbs
C Jonah Monheim 6’5” 310lbs
OG Tyler Cooper 6’6” 310lbs

Good trenches almost always make skill players look better.

Saints have invested a lot on the lines especially the offensive line.

Yeah, no more reaching for RAS projects like Peat, Penning, Peyton Turner or Davenport. We need real football players.

If only we had Mickey to trade with. Thats how they got Jalen Carter. We have the same clowns drafting the players. We are going nowhere

Bro, I don't think we have the cap space to actually get anyone of high quality on the line, but we'll see what kind of tricks and restructuring Loomis does.

Actually, looking at the teams that have been in the Super Bowl recently and been competitive, I want to go defensive line early and often. First three rounds of DT and DEs, then OG, C and TE in rounds 4-6. RB in the 7th.

Vita Vea: Round: 1 / pick: 12, Ndamukong Suh: Round 1 / pick 2

Aaron Donald: Round: 1 / pick: 13, Von Miller: Round: 1 / pick: 2

Chris Jones: Round: 2 / pick: 37, Frank Clark: Round: 2 / pick: 63, Carlos Dunlap: Round: 2 / pick: 54

Jalen Carter: Round: 1 / pick: 9, Jordan Davis: Round: 1 / pick: 13, Brandon Graham: Round: 1 / pick: 13

Arik Armstead: Round: 1 / pick: 17, Nick Bosa: Round: 1 / pick: 2, DeForest Buckner: Round: 1 / pick: 7

The Ragles’ Dline and Oline seem light years beyond the Saints, so let’s get to work.

I've said it before, but this team's #1 need (besides QB), is very obviously a dominant Nose Tackle type to completely anchor the DL. It changes everything and last year our line was a sieve

Building the lines after qb is the best investment, and the saints have done that for a few years now, they just have evaluated horribly

We have 6 picks in the top 130 (first four rounds)

If we used them all on OL and DL I would not be mad.

could play on the inside and outside.

that was the name that got a lot of buzz at the Senior Bowl. Word is he may have earned himself a Round 2 selection or possibly late 1st?

I think it would be a gift if Mason Graham fell to the Saints. The trouble is the defensive interior is now a premium position. So, he could very well be off the board before the Saints pick.

Many of those investments were wasted. Penning has underperformed and Foskey is just a bust.

Forced us to draft Fuaga who looks good but with so many other needs missing on Penning sucks.

I agree. I'm just saying that it's not like the saints have undrafted free agents on the line (mainly the offensive line).

I wonder if the scouting department also needs a shake up.
