I only got the powerball (that's the key) and won 16 because of the 4x power play, so I came out good.
I forgot to re-play today and am panicking if I should drive the 5 miles to re-play or just wait until Wednesday's drawing.
My nightmare is forgetting to re-play and having all the numbers.

I wish Powerball was like Keno where you get paid if you play a bunch of numbers and none hit. I can go 5 drawings in a row and hit nothing.

Where you buy tickets has no bearing
At astronomical odds you will have to invest millions to even get anywhere above a 1% chance
There are rich folks running algorithms trying to select winners then they invest large sums trying to win.
Just go spend $2 or ten times this and if fate is on your side, unlikely, then enjoy your new lifestyle.

IIRC picking the numbers has a slight, but statistically significant advantage over letting the computer do it. Some have pointed to this as evidence of psychic phenomena.

We bought tickets while in Florida visiting the kids and grandchildren. Everyone bought tickets today.
I don't expect to win, but it would be one hell of Christmas for us.

Tickets at $5 a pop kinda disinterested me from buying my normal 20 during high lottery winnings. Might get 2
