I would also like to see a demographic breakdown by total dollar amount taken and time or years on all types of govt welfare - fed, state, and local.
Sometimes there is some gaming on what some welfare is called or what isn’t called welfare but is.
Hell lets just take a look at all govt handouts given to individuals from welfare to DEI and affirmative action crap including grants, special treatment, lower expectations, work others have to do to help overcome those with lower expectations, and so on.
If we are talking expenses to taxpayers in the US then we can add on violent crime expenses.

The vast majority of people on food stamps are fat as frick. That alone should tell you how broken the system is.
The only worthwhile goal of food aid should be to make sure people don't starve, not to provide deadbeats all the junk food and soda they can possibly cram down their fat throats.

Im sick of this shite. Yes, I'm an a-hole but if someone really needs food to feed their family and they work 60 hours a week, I'll but their groceries and not think twice or want any payment. Times are tough, but the population needs to be at least as tough as the times are.
If someone asks me for something, I'm very open to doing whatever I can. If the government makes me do it, with little to no oversight, then you better believe im going to get a red arse and do everything i can to not participate.

Last night(Thursday) around 8pm LDH sent out a text to all EBT/SNAP recipients in Louisiana alerting them that due to the government shutdown SNAP benefits will not be uploaded to their card starting November 1st.
The month of November will see a significant increase in crime.

For people that I’ve been paying to feed for 5+ years? Yeah cut it off and send them nutrition and a filter to attach to their sink. We shouldn’t have people that are fat asses and hungry.

The goal is to not replicate the parent’s parasitic ways. By placing the children in the care of others we might have the opportunity to stop the endless cycle of government dependency from certain groups of people. What we have now, and have had for many generations, is people that produce babies merely for the sake of getting a larger payout. These children are then encouraged to replicate their parents (often mom only) way of life. And the cycle repeats and grows exponentially.
