Orpheus is just as good as other 2 can’t give a specific reason but just not as big time

Endymion riders have a significantly higher completion %

We go to the Orphescapade every year.
Lent for me starts when we get home very early Mardi Gras day

Same here. My brother-in-law lives 3 blocks off Canal in Mid-City and he usually has about 50 people in and out of his house for Endymion.
I've volunteered many times to cook big pots of gumbo or jambalaya, potato salad, etc. and all I do is roll up to his house, stop my truck in the street and have him and others grab the stuff out and I'm back on my way home in about 30 seconds.
That's as close to the parade as I get. It's always a clown show watching people who don't know the area looking for back streets to find a way out of this area when it's all over.

Not even close. Drew Brees was King of Bacchus and is riding with the Krewe again on Sunday.

Muses and Thoth > Bacchus and Endymion
I just have more fun at those.
And that is how I measure.

have y'all ever met an Endymion member who had a college degree from an SEC school, much less an elite institution?
Best thing is the parades are at different times and days so you can go to all of them!! My favorite parade is the one where I’m at

Size of the Krewe and Orpheus is one too.

How many in Krewe = Super Krewe?
How many in Muses? Must be getting near.

Endymion is what happens when the 610 Stomper bros get a parade.

Endymion is knockoff Bacchus.

Endymion is for guys from Lutcher, LA, who went to community college to play baseball but dropped out because the coach was "out to get them."
They have thin linebeards and sound like they're from Marrero.
It's disgusting.

Be honest - have y'all ever met an Endymion member who had a college degree from an SEC school, much less an elite institution? The answer is no. It's really no different than the truck parades, but they add a bunch of flashing lights on the floats and put it on a different route.

A member of Trump's 2016 campaign consulting team is on Endy.

Drew was Grand Marshall of Endymion the year he won the Super Bowl. I guess he felt sorry for Bacchus after he bent the knee.

Both are great. I prefer Bacchus but understand the arguments for Endymion .
Real in-depth discussion you got going on here.
Sounds like you’re on the outside looking in.

Beautiful. I'm going to try and work that into a conversation about something or another.
