I've been a stay at home dad for many summers and it's pretty awesome actually.
The hardest part is keeping up with what day it is. You can easily miss appointments and such.

The kids go to daycare 3 days a week so mommy can mop floors, fold laundry, vacuum carpet, wash windows, bathtubs and toilets, straighten up the place in general, pay bills, take dog to vet, do any other errands that aren't toddler friendly like go to tag office or bank etc. and maybe get some rest so she isn't always a crazy bitch when you get home from a hard day's work.

I was Mr. Mom for a few months last year. It wasn't too bad. Hanging with the dance moms was ok, watching whatever I wanted on tv w/out pausing it every 5 minutes was nice, and the dog and I established a bond.
