Imagine what a low level goon you’d have to be to risk your life, your family, federal prison, for not a million dollars, not a hundred thousand dollars, but $25K. That’s like a lightly used Toyota Camry we’re talking about.

Cleve Dunn (or maybe his father) used to run a Community Center off of Gus Young. I was able to arrange paying cash for community service hours very easily. Nice little perk when you’re a hell raising young buck that received community service from the courts every few years.

Being a manager doesn’t necessarily implicate you in ownership, but it does mean you run shite or in at a minimum a leadership position in the entity. You’re the one that signs for everything.

IIRC they “forgot” to video that.
The only video of that I’m aware of was an oppo campaign commercial when Cleo ran for Public Service Commission.
