My doctor told me to take a Zyrtec every day, when I am finished with that bottle, switch to Claritin and each month switch to the other one. If you take just one all the time it will not be as effective at some point.

I last saw my ENT about 5 years ago. She told me to spray my nose twice daily (I use a product called Allermi -- it's an online Rx), and take Xyzal nightly.

I also take Zinc, Vitamin D, and a few other vitamains (Beet Root, Magnesium, and Apple Cider Vinegar).

I have not been sick in over 5.5 to 6 years. Could be purely conincidential. But I do know that I don't have allergies or sinus issues anymore.

I had allergy shots for a couple of years and my symptoms eased greatly.
When some seasons hit, I use Flonase and this helps greatly.

Look directly into the sun for 45 seconds next chance you get. It'll help clean all the pollutants out of your schnoz.

Tree pollen specifically juniper/cedar pollen has been high for 3 weeks now. Spent the last 3 weeks waking up between midnight and 2AM and having mixed results getting any sleep after that. Snot literally rolling off my face. 100% blockage through the nose. If you put duct tape over my mouth, I would drown in snot. Worst its been in years. The pollen is starting to come down, but still in the high range.

I've been having decent luck taking Advil allergy and sinus that has sudafed in it from behind the counter routinely. You can buy two boxes at a time (thanks methies) if that helps. I also am using Mucinex sinus-max when I start having sneezing fits. It now brings relief for about 4 hours at a time.

You think that's a problem? Sneezing 2-3 times a day?

Bruh, you don't even begin to know how allergy season affects some of us.

Some people don't develop allergies until they're adults, but some of us are born with them. My fall allergies are worse than my spring allergies. You can get an allergy test run on your back to see what you're allergic to, and it would help if it's something in your house you can get rid of. Dust mites and mold can be a silent attacker in your house. If it's outdoor allergies, good luck.

I do that, and I use Flonase. The ENT said the combination works in different ways and is most effective.

You sneezing is tied to your use of the word "dirn".

I do the same thing all year long. Do you ever get sick? I read years ago that sneezing is your body's natural defense of ridding itself of germs. I tend to believe this because I have only been sick 10-15 times in my whole life. I'm 53.

I have a daily sneeze fit, sometimes twice, but mostly, only once per day. I'll sneeze anywhere from 7-10 times consecutively, pause for about 30 seconds, then sneeze another 4-6 times. Doesn't matter where I am, what I'm doing, or who and what I'm around. It hurts, there's no warning, and I'm not allergic to anything that would cause daily outbursts.

I'm about to go to the ENT. Straight up sneezing 2-3 times a day. 3/4 times in a row.

Is this really that concerning?
