Last year when we returned to the office I bought some $40 nautica stretchy slacks and some cole haan “dress” sneakers. Several years ago I wouldn’t have considered it, but frick it’s way more comfortable. Especially the shoes.

I'll likely get downvoted into oblivion but I love Haggar premium no-iron pants
You can typically find them at the Tanger Outlet for $20 and they last a long time

Yeah, Old Navy chinos with the built-in flex are probably beneath many of the ballers here. But, they are super comfy and you should get a year or two out of them.

If we’re going best bang for your buck I'm going to submit the George brand chinos from Walmart.

For $17 you’re obliged to try them out.

I'm wearing these russell shorts from walmart. They are really awesome, and super cheap. I have 3 or 4 different pairs/colors. Very comfortable, perfect for chilling in my office and surfing TD.com.

I mostly wear wrinkle free chino pants from LL Bean. They make about 7-8 different fits of them, stretch and regular. They cost about $50 but they last for years.

When I started at my current company, it was khaki's every day. Had 5-6 different pairs, but usually leaned towards the Van Hueseun & Izod golf pants. Now, I'm strictly jeans & a polo every day, and I've been really liking the feel of the Flag & Anthem Nashville straight

Don’t go into the office, but for business casual I wear slim fit stretch chinos.

I had no idea lululemon made pants that weren’t booty pants.
if you're still only wearing traditional chinos, khakis, etc., you should check out the lululemon type pants

Big fan of Proper Cloth for shirts, how are the pants compared to LuLu etc?
Have to admit I’ve really come to appreciate the flex element in higher end jeans and through the thighs sitting at a desk.

Birddogs makes some pants now that are pseudo office appropriate assuming your office isn’t super dressy

I rock Vineyard Vines OTG khakis in, umm Khaki, navy or Grey these days. pretty low key look. if i need to dress up they look great with a dress shirt or casual enough with a polo, etc. I highly recommend them.

Jeans and polos, or pullovers in the winter.
Slacks and a polo or pullover for very important clients.
I'm here to sell my company's ability, not a fashion show. Most of my clients appreciate it.

Banana Republic makes some excellent chinos. I buy the more relaxed fit, I believe they call it the athletic or slim fit, I can’t recall off hand, but they fit me well, and really hold up over time. What I like most about them is that they look a bit more tailored and don’t have the droopy crotch.

Some companies have a dress code though even though the office is more casual than it used to be. We just got casual Fridays a few years ago
