Some of you have serious issues if you think buying a cup of coffee is a gay or straight thing to do. Talk about insecurity. Or, maybe you're just internet cool. What a loser.

I refuse on the lingo. On the rare occasion that I’m traveling or at Kroger and want a cup, I just say large. They always grab the biggest

I don’t need to go to Starbucks to order a medium coffee

I say “large”. They say “you mean grande”. I say no, “large”. Seems to piss them off. Satisfying.

I say small and medium. It’s my little act of defiance. They never correct me.

I say all of that and I tip $5 for a coffee. Hope that pisses off the baws of the OT.
Why would it piss people off?
If you tip 100% for a cup of coffee, good for you….

If I have to order from there, like at an airport, I say the biggest you got
Posted on 7/27/24 at 8:07 am to bamaguy17
simply ask for the smallest size

If I know the naming conventions of a business, I will use that naming convention for the ease of the employees who have to take hundreds of orders a day, because I’m neither insecure nor self important enough to do otherwise.

Don't go to a business that hate American combat veterans.
Spend your money locally there are plenty coffee shops that you can go to.

My wife just left to go get us a couple of venti cold brews. Took our German Shepherds because they have a pup cup addiction.

Proper coffee ordering protocols and where one is allowed to purchase coffee is a training class for Turner Industry plant baws and is taught at all hunting camps.

I haven’t had anything from Starbucks in years. But when I did, I asked for a large black coffee. frick the pretentious nomenclature.
Posted on 7/27/24 at 8:14 am to DavidTheGnome
I say medium or small.
Posted on 7/27/24 at 8:16 am to DavidTheGnome
I don't order at Starbucks.
Posted on 7/27/24 at 8:17 am to DavidTheGnome
I say "everything in the register, now! Tip jar too!"
Posted on 7/27/24 at 8:18 am to DavidTheGnome
I say medium just to be difficult.
