Most of those comparison pics look to be 20 or so years apart. Very, very few women (or men) look the same at 50 as they do at 30. And the actresses who focus on remaining thin as they age are invariably going to have thinned out faces as they age. You can clearly see that effect in a couple of the pics you posted.
The exception to the above would be Lohan... I'd guess it's a 10 year spread on her pics. I'd also guess sun was the least of what impacted her looks.

My S.O. still tans in her mid 50's. I've told her to cut down and she has the last couple of years, but she tanned pretty consistently into her 50's.
She lives a pretty clean life style outside of associating with me so it hasn't really impacted her yet. Her face is basically wrinkle free.
Tanning and smoking would be a bad combination I think.

She supposedly had some health issues and had to take a bunch of meds, which messed with her weight. More of a tough break than her letting herself go.

I didn't see the photo but knowing that your wife is white means her prospects aren't great. You know how white people always say that blacks, Asians and sometimes Hispanics look young? The reality is most of them age prematurely. I don't know why that is and some of them do look young but most do not. After 40 more look wretched than look good. Not trying to scare you just be prepared.
