Aggressive idiots driving a whipped pos endangering others. The car is already wrecked and they are driving the frick out of it. Probably doing 80+ on a donut

By far and away it's habitual non-blinker users.
There's plenty of other shitty habits that annoy me, but this one gets me legitimately angry simply because ITS SO frickING EASY.
You could literally save your car, a strangers car, a huge deductible for yourself, a huge deductible for a stranger - or even save your life, someone in your car's life, or a strangers life - by a small flick of your wrist. You usually don't even have to take your left hand off the wheel, just simply stick out a single finger.
And yet, you have assholes that are STILL too lazy, entitled, or self-absorbed to do the simplest tiny thing that could save a huge headache or heartache. It drives me crazy.

Tailgating has always been the one that pisses me off the most.
Lately, though, it is people who seem incapable of maintaining a consistent speed. People who speed up and slow down, varying speeds by 15-20mph drive me batty. Just fricking pick a speed!

1) People who speed around with hazard lights on like that makes their 100 mph driving legal (it doesn't).
2) People who drive slow in left lane when the right lane is wide open.
3) People who pull out in front of you dangerously close when they could just have waited 3 seconds.
4) People who never use turn signals. Gripes me to death. How hard is it to flick on the blinker?

Yep. Or worse yet the ones in the left lane that come speeding up trying to get around you before you have to pass slower traffic. They box you in make you brake and frick up your cruise control.
That and semis that try to pass their buddy going up a hil and block everything for 2 miles.

Trying to enter a four-lane highway. Someone is in the lane you are trying to enter, and they have plenty of room to move over to let you on.

Only using the turn lane right at the moment you need to turn in instead of merging into it and slowing down a little ways before (if other cars aren’t already in the lane)
