Morning Folks, on the menu today, Chicken, Green Onion Smoked Sausage, Andouille and Tasso Gumbo.
Thats lunch, tonight, White Chicken Chili!
I brought two containers of Frozen Gumbo to Georgia, got all the fixings for the Chili. Will start cooking it, after I have a bowl of Gumbo!

Tad bit warm & humid here in Mexas. Got the downstairs thermy on 73 and the AC just kicked on. Lawn hombre is coming to service my yard today. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
