Twitter, easily.
It's not even close. The only people on twitter are political pundits, corporate accounts, faux activists, and left leaning celebrities.
Normal, adult, working people don't have time for twitter, so all you get is one big arse echo chamber that makes the world think the American populace believes something. When in reality, half of the population has no idea what's going on because they are out being humans. Then some radical change gets enacted because twitter forms a mob and threatens to cancel a business. Normal people hear about this from someone on twitter or when they are confronted with the change they had no idea about and think that the world has gone crazy. This splits people into factions.
Twitter is the cause of a lot of unrest over the last decade. It's an evil place, and I'm not sure what Jack Dorsey's controlling stake is, but if he has the power and even a shred of moral integrity, he would have shut it down half a decade ago.

Twitter has destroyed critical thinking. At this point it’s just a way for Leftists to enforce ideological discipline. If there ever was an actual hot war, Twitter would be the first thing on the agenda. Without their CircleRageJerk they’d fold as soon as the soy ran out.

I don't want them closed down. I want molten lava and napalm poured on them from the bridge above. And I've never had a car so much as touched by them.

I probably agree.
Twitter is amazing for live and breaking news. But the negative impacts probably outweigh that. It's a cesspool, and our corrupted media is entirely dependent on it.
They'd be absolutely lost if it was gone tomorrow, and our country would be healthier for it. Also...
Facebook/Instagram - No objection to either in theory, but they're huge contributors to making our society less substantive, bitter, jealous and more materialistic. I genuinely believe Facebook/Instagram have damaged millions of American women and it's going to have pretty awful down the line impacts.

Twitter easily. It gives stupid people a megaphone and too much self importance. Blue check marks can influence a narrative far more on Twitter than they can via their traditional journalistic outlets because most millenials aren't paying for subscriptions to WaPo, NYT, etc
