It’s weird that you oddly agreed with my post but almost assuredly downvoted it

JP is kind of a grifter.

After he got famous he definitely trended that way.

I think the health issues with his wife and the corresponding benzo issues have realigned a lot of his view. I don't anticipate anymore worldwide tours anytime soon.

I’m literally just giving you shite and no I didn’t downvote you. No offense intended. Just goofing because you can take it. Which is a compliment.

Perhaps. Honestly, his missteps during the Kav confirmation hearings kind of soured his reputation for me.

All good. I should have played along.

I’m just overly sensitive these days because my wife took away my Switch.

12 Rules for Life was groundbreaking, and nothing I had been exposed to before.

That was the tipping point for me. I started reading it and felt conned. Not that I disagree with him, just that I got tricked into wasting money on that book.

When he first came out, it was just a breath of fresh air hearing someone say something sensible in the face of the mob that was then really just getting warmed up. At some point I started thinking of him as a huckster. Maybe I should give it another go.
I know you’ll all anxiously await my updated opinion on him.

I love that I am able to live life without knowing one thing about any of this garbage or these morons.

My advice to you is you'd be better off trying that Avenue.

Peterson schooled Rogan all night, Rogan was trying to poke holes in Peterson's ideas but not a chance.

Peterson's message is generally good, but he seems a tad overemotional. The guy always seems like he's teetering on being mad/sad regardless of what he's talking about.

since you’re handing out free life advice, who should we look to as a role model?

What are you 6 yrs old?

Role model? For Adults?

How about you know what's right and wrong and follow that path instead of having to be led by the nose down a path that is agenda driven by someone you don't know and will never meet?

WTF happened to this country? fricking role model

Which makes it hard to understand Adam Carolla's love for Kimmel. I GET that Jimmy gave him his first real shot and all, but holy frick those two could not be more different. And they're still friends, which makes no sense to me.

This snippet is a perfect encapsulation of this board. This place is so ate up with politics that it’s unfathomable to some that people can be friends and respect each other if they have different views.

I honestly don’t understand how you guys live in that world where everything is viewed through a political lense and those who disagree with you are idiots or evil. That has to be miserable.
