Hell even if this were Atlanta it'd be all over the news

Cantrell is just screwing the city and it's citizens over with this nonsense. Why?

Typical ghetto behavior, no reason to be surprised. She’s trash. Vindictive and spiteful all the way through

There is probably incriminating DMs on those accounts, and they need more time to clean them up.

can't even see why she has a beef with the city. The municipal government didn't indict her. She didn't get voted out. She knew about term limits before she ran.
She had some pretty tense relations with city council

I thought we were close a few years ago when she cut the bathroom line or whatever it was that she did at a concert, Essence...I don't remember the details.
She was about to feel the fist and wrath of another strong, proud, and angry "qwanne" that didn't care who she was.
I'd settle for a .gif of her getting socked on the street like Gravy did.
Jail time would be the cherry on top.

Her Facebook still says mayor in the title. I can’t wait till she goes to jail.

This seems like something the city’s IT department should be able to handle relatively easily

Latoya the Destroya strikes again.

And that forgot password verification is going where?
That was the problem.
Update from WWLTV, the person who controlled the social media accounts for LaToya showed them an email to the transition team head, with passwords for facebook and twitter. However they require two time verification, on city own phones that were turned into to the property dept., per protocol. They went and got the phones and they are in.

If the accounts belong to the city, I guarantee there’s a law against this. Gotta be something about hiding records or not allowing access.
No, they don’t make laws about things like that, and they shouldn’t.

We already have public record laws, dummy. Any record made must be retained. So the question is if you’re filling out passwords, are you creating records?

So the mayor (and other officials) has to file her network login password as public record?

i always knew we was kangs and queens

That’s what I’m asking. I don’t know how the law works, but you would think there is something saying that if you creat an account, then someone has to be the overseer and there would be access and password protocols. Maybe not. I’m just asking.
Point being, can a mayor or employee just create a new Facebook page without going through legal protocols? You would think there has to be some type of protocol that must be followed and hope that protocol contained access restrictions.

In sure there is a protocol to hand it over or maintain some database. In today's world that likely isn't really enforced or how it works.
Common decency should prevail but it ain't that common.
