No it wasn't. The "what's stopping you from . . ." is a meme. While some instances are used literally, many if not most are not. The fact that you think the question was literal for a bunch of mainly middle aged fat guys whose pop culture frame of reference stopped in the late 90s at the latest is hilarious.

my wife bought me a couple of blazers and a few shirts from Lansky Bros. in Memphis, you have to have the right occasion to wear them but they are absolute panty moisteners, chicks love those threads, what the guy in the OP is wearing? not so much
