Before it was stolen I loved the 2006 GMC Yukon Denali with the oversized wheels.
Sucker was a beast.

Isn’t the 23 GX a v8?
Dudes are acting like it’s been decades

These machines look so awesome if they are cared for properly over the years. I’m never getting rid of mine and really want to buy an older used one with limited miles
Mine is awesome, but has 130k miles. Honestly, it runs like the day I bought it.

That baby will go for 300,000
At least that’s what I’m hoping for.
I’m already at 104,000 in a 2020. I’ve blown out a tire on a major bridge, been hit from behind, driven it on the beach, it’s the ultimate machine for whatever for normal dudes.
It really is the best vehicle I’ve ever purchased. My parents even bought one a couple months later and my dad drives a 2008 Acadia so he hates spending on cars so it had to be impressive to him.
But my mom loved it so he got it for her.

In V8 years it has been decades my brother.
Ridiculous they took these off the roads in the first place.

Any car that gets banished to the jungle because it’s old is the vehicle I want to at least look at to buy.
These gxs end up in the desert and jungles and run for years. They are just beasts of a machine.

Mine is amazing, but the old lady wants a new one. We also don’t need such a big vehicle since our kids got old.

That Ram turn dial shifter is retarded
I think it’s potentially unsafe. Several unfortunate cases of people thinking they are in Park but are actually in Reverse - including that actor from Star Trek that died when is Jeep pinned him against the gate at his house.

It's a money grab for them. If they truly cared about the environment, they would understand that having to build entirely new engines and cars for someone ever 5 years is a LOT more taxing on the environment than the little bit higher of emission that the reliable car lets out.
I always thought this was the EPAs bullshite, but it’s the epa doing what the manufacturer wants. Just like the Freon. The patent expired on the cheaper Freon so the AC manufacturers lobbied for its banning so they could make a new patented product.

My 3.0 Duramax in my Sierra would be awesome if it weren't for all the emissions BS on them.

Toyota, after hesitating, is all in on electric and hybridization.
They were the first out the gate with a hybrid in the modern era.

True, but it wasn't at the expense of their tried and true, relatively bulletproof platforms.

The 5.3 in those early 2000 models are tanks. Ive a 2007 classic silverado 5.3 L with 250,000 miles. No oil leaks and still a daily driver. GM cant match that truck's longevity today.
If i could buy another new 2007 classic z71 today, I would be at the dealership tomorrow.
I never thought we would be saying the 5.3L motor is “heavy duty” ,it I guess everything is relative. I have a 2006 with 285K on it and am in the same situation. I need to replace it, but I am afraid anything new wouldn’t be as good as what I have now.

The 5.0 is the last motor being offered that I want. Unfortunately the F150 have tons of problems with everything else on the truck.
Like what?
