My brother in law's brother had a kid with a head like that. He eventually "grew into his head" and now he looks like a normal kid. 
She should get over it, but I'm sure she likes the attention.

1) she’s made her living off of looks shouldn’t be surprised when you make a photo public and looks are commented on
2) that’s just a baby head. Most babies look like aliens for quite a while. People shouldn’t comment on babies except “how cute”, “what a little cutie” etc.
