I remember my password from Reggie. 051890.

25 years later, I still frequently say my name using a REGGIE voice.

PAWS not letting you log in to schedule classes? REGGIE FTMFW !
The play was to use both. Keep hitting refresh on PAWS and redial on Reggie.

I remember the hours of busy signals and redials. I also remember a rumor that on- campus phones could use a dial code to get right in. Had a buddy in the dorms so I went by and gave it a shot. Got through on the first try.

I still remember my 6 digit code to log in.

PAWS went live my freshman year and REGGIE was being phased out.

REGGIE is the reason that, do this day,I have my SSN memorized. No recording, but if you find it, please post a link to it.

Yes it was easier on campus. Just dial 38-Tigr.

Those damn cards. I had to go to all the departments for some reason after the field house. And then I had to sit on the assembly center floor waiting for a specific card to be turned in.
Cluster.
Reggie was “better”.
Good times.

When PAWS first came out it was a disaster - would tank when everyone was on it at once. REGGIE was a cheat code to getting the classes you wanted while everyone was crashing PAWS

I'm trying to recall if I used it, I think I did one semester in 2004 but I believe they had in-person registration too and I believe also PAWS was working so there were a few ways to register. I do recall when they stopped it in 2006.

Cards in Assembly Center at start of LSU, Reggie/PAWS at the end (would have to camp out at MIDDLETON to make sure to get an available computer).

That was even past my time. Does anyone have cards that you had to pull for classes. Remember standing in lines for classes like it was at fast times at Ridgemont high?

I remember a couple of semester’s I would stay up until midnight and fill my schedule up around 12:05 when Reggie would go live. Great times…….student union game room, free speech ally, deli right by Thomas Boyd Hall, etc.

I thought REGGIE was legit for the time.
Plus the higher you got in your degree, the earlier it would open up for you. So if you paid attention after your sophomore year and called the day it opened for you it was easy to get your classes at the preferred times.
