Okay. I’ll redact my offer for a home in the subdivision that gets covered in red aluminum waste dust

St Francisville has its share of black people but in my experience there isn’t as much culcha and they share some of the same values as the white folk.

The few times I’ve stopped at a gas station up there the black dudes I saw there were decked out in camo on the 4 wheeler getting breakfast before going hunting.

central or ear magnet programs. Zachery High School has gone down so far. And honesty ear magnet is light years ahead of central

I work near downtown and my house is in St George. It takes an hour in the afternoons most days

Used to make that drive every day at 5pm. It’s absolute hell. There are no shortcuts. I’ve tried them all and it’s gridlock everywhere.

I’d have said Central at one time. Back when it was all Greenwell Springs. It’s been ruined with too many people now.

If it were me, I would choose st. FRANCISVILLE. A straight shot down 61 to BR Industry for your work commute. Any other commute will be hell.

Instead, you are driving straight through HELL. Zachary, especially. Working in BR and driving to either is depressing as it can get. There is no way I would live in either place for that 1 reason. Even if it was a free house.

Zachary is not nice anymore I would say ascension or st george

Data does not support this claim

It is sad that the OT wants this to be the case

But the metrics do not support this claim

At least not yet. Now this could change by the next census.

But right now. Zachary is still a nice place to raise a family.

Public schools and baseball.......

Watson Live Oak Schools
Central Central Schools
Ascension Dutchtown Schools.

In this order IMHO. All excel in baseball and are good schools.

We live in Pride (right on the edge of Central) and drive to BR every day. I work off Corporate and it's a 35-40 minute drive. Very little traffic in the morning and evening unless there's a wreck.

Based on where the school lines are drawn. Groom road and old 61 highway qualifies for Zachary schools They don't pay Zachary taxes but kids go to Zachary schools which are already over run.
