Put 315 on the Smith machine and go to town benching. Will be much easier than you think.

You need to put a time limit like 30 seconds or one minute. Else most would just lay in a bench and press 2.5 lb dumbbells for hours.

I’m not certain I could do 135 20 times, but it would be close. One of my workouts is 12 reps at 135, 10ish at 145, then about 8 at 155. I am certain that I cannot do 200 pounds. I’ve recently tried 185 and managed one very bad rep. But I never go above 155 because I don’t want to tempt injury at my age.

You couldn't do the motion empty-handed a 1000 reps.

Dream bigger!

The Epley 1 rep max formula puts you at 190.

Epley better push that up. If he's counting on me he will need a new formula.

100 lb squats or leg press. $4500 per rep. Crush it.

100 reps is $450,000

This ain't about vanity lifts it is about getting paid. More plates may mean more dates, but more cash means more gash.

Yeah frick all that.

Deadlift. 250lbs.

I'm not trying to be there all day.

I actually don't know how many I could do. But it seems to be the lift with the highest compromised weight.

In my prime gym rat days I could probably do 100lbs x 100. Just thinking about it today makes my shoulders hurt.

You did 350 squat reps in one set?

Zero chance

Thinking about it, it seems like the best way to maximize the money is doing squat at 135 lbs for 20-25 reps.

Assuming you have to do a compound lift (no machines).

I’ve never been one to do a bunch of reps or a ton of weight. 225 to 245 is about as heavy as I go for bench, squat, and deadlift.

A whole $2250. Man, you're practically rich

The obvious answer is to do a slow burnout with the bar at 45lbs and get in a few hundred reps

Your reps exponentially go down as you add more weight, but the dollar amount by adding weight doesn't go up at the same rate

If you divide Alaska’s land area into thirds, any one of those thirds is still bigger than Texas’ land area.

Did this come from some random meme? Alaska is just shy of 2.5 times the size of Texas, so that math doesn't math. Common core?
