It’s not about wishcasting. It’s about target having a lot of their stores looted for whatever reason. They closed all Texas locations in the immediate proximity of downtown Houston/Austin/Dallas Saturday night and some didn’t reopen until today.
This is likely a corporate move they’re doing across the country.
