i went to 30A a couple weeks back and that restored my hope. The amount of people out running at 8/9 in the morning and the lack of fatties on the beach % wise was actually shocking. was pleasantly surprised.

I rarely go out for lunch but when I’m do, I’m disgusted. In Houston today and strolled through the tunnels. I’d say 80% of men I saw were fat. Just sort of waddling in line and getting an unhealthy lunch not thinking twice.
From the looks of them, they sit at a desk all day, and it never crosses their minds to hit the gym or go for a run.

I've long felt it's abusive to feed kids foods that make them obese and sets them up for lifelong health issues. These 8 year old kids aren't driving themselves to the store to get junk food. Just a shame to see "parents" put their kids on such a poor early track for health and wellness.

The OT is amazing. There isn't a fat, ugly, poor person to be found, nor are there any ugly wives. Yet, most all places and events the OT is said to frequent are filled with fat, ugly, probably poor baws with chubby ugly wives.

Had a brother that lived overseas in Japan for a few years. Picked him up at the airport when he was home for a few weeks once. I asked him what the biggest 'reverse culture shock' moment had been since he landed in the States. He cut me off and said 'I just forgot how fat everyone is.'

This has always frustrated me with people who bitch about entitlements and yet they eat themselves into slobhood. It's going to cost the system a fortune to take care of an obese person's medical care and the same people who whine about food stamps are some of the same ones that are walking diabetes.
