That video doesn't do it any justice.

Back in my days at LSU, a lot of the Tiger Girls were turbo-skanks.

Epic is overused

But the LSU Women's dance team is very well respected in their craft

If choreographed hip hop dance routines aren't for you I can' blame you. But LSU is consistently in the top colleges with their routines.

The hours spent practicing were their choice. Imagin if that were spent on understanding scientific theory or why calculus is important. Or learning Chinese or Arabic.

Their choices, their lives, their futures.

They are students at the university

You could say the same thing about football. At least these women aren't getting CTE.

Apply that to LSU baseball, softball, basketball, track, and football.

Imagine being on an LSU forum and being disgruntled about an LSU team that is consistently one of the top 5 dance teams in the country.

The hours spent practicing is what gets them on the team and gets them some financial awards.

quote:

Are scholarships awarded?

Yes! However, these are called “Financial Service Awards.”
Financial service awards are not offered to first-year squad members.
2nd year Award $1000, 3rd year Award $1500, 4th year Award $2000 per YEAR.
The LSU Athletics Department pays all expenses directly associated with uniforms and athletic attire, as well as any travel expenses. This includes summer dance camp in mid- July.

Maybe it's time to open NIL funding to band members and dance team.

LOVE the Tiger Girls! Look forward to seeing their National Competition dance every year. Proud of them!

I must be in wrong age bracket this year with the song choice. Guess its part of life. Just did not grab my soul and not let go like it usually does. More yap than rhythm (the song).

However, their precision, technique and athletic dance dynamics always impress! Bad azz.

The 2 on far left on the front row have to be related.

42% to 46% is probably the lowest percentage I have seen LSU push in pictures or promoted groups the last couple of years (not sure on one in back row)…

Why not look more like the above in performances instead of looking ridiculously bad like below:
