Why would we? We have absolutely no reason to. And it drives those women crazy because the lone piece of leverage they have is their vagina, and they know that.

Pretty sure it’s women who watch TV sitcoms and series about men in power corporate America and then replicate that behavior as if it is appropriate, because they believe all men outside of the TV operate that way.
It’s almost like a two wrongs to make it right (for just women) mindset. It’s annoying for any normal person, man or woman, who can advance their career without being an arrogant a-hole. Then it bleeds into their personal life and they don’t realize that said behavior is toxic and unattractive. Cue to misery of being alone and it snowballs

Admittedly, I am speaking from an older perspective.

I’m not younger but I’d bet a lot of people think my GF fits that description. She direct, doesn’t play games, and is honest.
