Why in the hell would someone with that type of money want to live in New Orleans?

New Orleans is a great place to live if you're dirt poor or if you're super rich. It just sucks if you're middle class.

does the house have to stay in New Orleans if i buy it?

For that price they should section it up and load it wherever you want

That looks incredibly out of place in New Orleans

That belongs on Malibu beach or something

Used to walk by that house all the time, its so out of place with the other houses, Arguably a great area though because Walnut has security 24/7, at least it does further toward St, Charles.

ETA: great area for Nola proper.*

kind of like the interior

Me too. It reminds me of my first apartment. We had the same kind of shitty garage sale furniture.

The way this comforter is dangling close to the fireplace makes me anxious.

That's actually a reasonable price for a house in that location. If they hadn't bastardized the front, it would probably go for a lot more. This is why Nola needs zoning laws and preservation types.

I was expecting the house to have a modern looking interior.
