Bunn. Simple, no buttons, no clock, no timer. Also American-made.
Brews a damn good pot of coffee in 4 minutes.

it makes coffee

But does your wife hate it?

Every few months my wife with put the pot in askew so it doesn't contact the heat plate. She then tries to convince me it's broken because the coffee isn't hot enough

We've used french presses, varieties of Mr. Coffees, Keurigs but settled on a simple 2 cup ceramic pour over.

2 heaping coffee measures of espresso and 2 cups of water.

This guy

My wife likes all the specialty stuff and it does good with normal coffee. Been going 4 years strong with it and no complaints.

Coffee is just a vessel for caffeine for me. The simpler I can make that process the better.

An 11 year old Bunn Velocity Brew BTX-B10 is what I use. 10 cups of coffee in 2 minutes and stays hot for a long time in the stainless pot. Nothing fancy about it. No timers or other functions. Just put coffee in the filter pour in water and it makes coffee.

4 min of being awake without coffee in hand is my personal hell.

I have a basic white girl 14c offer maker with a timer. I live in a first world county and don’t have to wake up to coffee not being made yet.

Hario pour over, toddy cold brewer, and a aeropress.

I drink hot brew during the winter and cold brew during the summer. Want an espresso machine next.

Not long after college I moved out of state for a brief period of time, and it's at that point that I started drinking coffee. Once I moved back home I lived with my mom for a few months until I found a place and didn't want to buy gas station coffee everyday so bought a basic, run of the mill coffee maker by I think Black and Decker. That was 2013. 12 years later still use the same thing with the original pot. Never been washed, only rinsed out with water every morning after pouring my cup. Still going strong.

I got a percolator for Father’s Day after reading it a few times in all these coffee threads.
Reminded me of years ago great coffee and smell.
