First. And so very basic with Don Lemon, The first amendment wasn't written for citizen to citizen interactions. You cannot run your mouth to someone and then yell "fust amendment!! Fust Amendment!!! As they are kicking your arse.
Second, you cannot break any laws to "exercise your first amendment rights". You cannot break into a private location, get arrested, and then cry that you were wrongfully arrested (or shot if you survive) due to the first amendment right to lambast the property owner.
Surely this Don Lemon imbecile hasn't programmed anyone to believe that. Suuuuuurely not.
