Yes you are right about that but it is also to set Trump up for impeachment. The dems have to drum up some kind of charge against him. It seems like they have been trying to bait Trump into a situation where they could claim contempt of court or something like that all year.

It’s sad when I fit for Judge does not understand the constitution. The government is shut down simply because Congress did not extend a spending bill. As a result, there is no money for the executive branch to fund SNAP. The executive branch does not have the ability to fund it, they simply execute upon payment.
