Obamacare is dead in the water. Something has to be done if you still want health insurance or costs are going to skyrocket.

Obamacare 'Explosion' Could Come On May 22nd, Here's Why

As it turns out, that 'explosion' could come faster than anyone really expects as legislators and health insurers have to make several critical decisions about the 2018 plan year over the next 2 months which could seal Obamacare's fate.

As the Atlanta Journal Constitution points out today, the Trump administration has until May 22nd to decide whether they will continue to pursue the Obama administration's appeal to provide subsidies to insurers who participate in the federal exchanges.

The Democrats always have better solutions for health care.

Bernie, single payer >>> the Ryan/Trump debacle, any day of the week.

It's just hard to take Republican solutions seriously when they advocate not covering some people...

I have said that the only way we get single payer is if you see a literal collapse.

this might just do it.

So by next year, several states will not have insurers for Obamacare

Huge success

So. The HFC shoots down the Obamacare lifeline(Ryancare), and a very large chunk of Obamacare gives way within a week.

I don't know about you, but I'm gonna call that a win.

When a company like Anthem quits obamacare, it goes beyond fixing.

You're ignorant.

Stop futzing around with pretending like the ACA will be repealed at some future point (we all know it won't), stop screwing with the risk corridors, and return to enforcing the individual mandate.

Do that, and the markets immediately stabilize.

But nope, you'd rather people die in a misbegotten attempt to make a point that won't be made anyway.

So following a consistent flurry of exits by other insurers over the past couple of years, Anthem is leaving because the individual mandate isn't being enforced over these couple of months. Yeah, that's it.

Also, people will die!!
