The argument is that the fed government can’t intervene even for fraud. States run elections. The argument is that states can commit fraud and if the state doesn’t want to investigate, nobody can make them.

Coincidentally, this is what is going to happen. We are going to end up seeing the Venezuelan based engineers who actually stole the election (and many others) testify under oath to their crimes.
