I think the serious candidates may decide to wait this one out and come jump back in when there is no incumbent and not having to publically come out against Kamala.
The Dems best chance is finding a governor that has ambition. I would say Colorado’s Polis would be a good candidate, he is pretty liberal but nothing compared to Newsom and would secure the dem base - not sure he could pull the moderates though.

It's a whacko election cycle. The fact of the matter is there's a good chance this is true.
Before the assassination attempt, I had a confidence level of about 4 that he could win the election, no matter who he ran against. But since he almost got his noggin blown off, my confidence level is now up to a 7.
I think Republican/Conservative turnout will be juuuuuuust enough to get him there.

Yep. The first line of attack from Republicans on Kamala is why she hasn't invoked the 25th and/or why she has gone along with Biden's policies all this time if he is so unfit he has to drop his candidacy.
