memes are effective bc theyre culturally persuasive. even if someones politics dont align with the meme, they may find themselves agreeing.
Whatever is on the billboard should be appeal to the culture of young democrats. Cassidy knows that republicans loathe him. I think he'd be more offended if young leftists saw him as the little weasel that he is.
Being in my mid 40s, I dont really know what the best meme would be. I just feel like this is the answer to properly shaming him

I like this because it's true and it uses his own words against him when he was running against Mary Landrieu when he said, "Louisiana hasn't left Mary, Mary has left us." Saw this on Wikipedia. It will sting him personally.
I like it also because it doesn't mention impeachment or Trump. I want to Dems to see him in a negative light too. Saying he voted to impeach Trump will likely make them happy. I just want them to see him as a person you can't trust... because you can't.
Yet every republican who's been paying attention will still know what it's about: Him voting for impeachment.
