Rush called it a few months ago. I remember driving to Dallas for the Byron Nelson and listening to him that day. He basically said the end goal was to get dozens of people looking at thousands of statements to end up getting an obstruction charge. The entire Russia deal was a total smokescreen

FBI investigations are not included under the obstruction statute they claim was violated. This is fake news.

I wonder if it will be statement against interest? Or maybe state of mind? Of course, that would only be what Comey told them but you can't attribute anything to Trump.
There's no exemption or exception for hearsay within hearsay.
