Yes... and that's when it would get bad.
She would wander off on a tangent, and when he would attempt to refocus, she would do the "excuse me I'm talking" thing. It might look ok with Trump because he can be gruff and overbearing, but this was with a polite interviewer attempting to get an answer to a question.
Other times, he would lay out an example of something bad from the past few years, and ask if she would implement something different, or otherwise give her a chance to express her position. She hemmed and stuttered (and lied, actually), and then tried to talk about Trump.
She blamed the border on Trump.
Couple examples:
When did you determine the border was an issue? Refused to answer
When did you notice a decline in Biden? Long blank stare, then said he's fine. And not on the ballot.

I didn't even think he was that hard on her. I think she is just such a terrible candidate, and incapable of intelligent answers that it looked like he was hard on her...At least there were no softball questions. It was like an average Trump interview.

Baier addressed this later on the newscast. It was supposed to be 30 minutes and start at 5pm Eastern, her people dropped it down to 25, then 20 minutes before it started. And then she kept him waiting until 5:17, knowing he would have to have it ready for 6pm.
He said that's why he went with strong questions from the start, and why he would try to get her to answer the question- he had a lot more questions he wanted to ask but left out; and if he let her ramble on, he might only get 4 or so questions.
And his questions weren't partisan. The 'criticisms' were about current policies and situations, which she has been VP, and why do they benefit Americans/what would she do differently if she gets the big desk.
Things a rational person would want to know.

Impressed that Kamala went onto a conservative network. Don't see Trump doing this kind of interview on Fox, let alone a more "liberal" network.
