Another liberal judge ignorant of the law

Arrest the judge for obstruction of justice. Seems pretty clear that’s his intent

A Chicago-Area Judge? I stopped reading right there. Somebody hand this clown a copy of the U.S.Constitution. Administration of immigration policy rest with the Executive Branch of the U.S.Government. That be the U.S. President for your folks in Rio LInda. Something about the President is sworn to protect this country from foreign invasion - foreign and domestic. The debacle that Biden et al conducted with the open borders qualifies as a foreign invasion. Those illegal aliens still loitering around here are breaking our immigration laws. They must go back.
The buffoon Judge gets in the way - cuff'um and stuff'um. Just like they did that judge who tried to hide illegal aliens in a room near her court when ICE showed up. Hey democrats - NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
President Trump was/is right about..........everything.

Sounds very insurrection-y. Democrats/the left obviously want civil war. I suggest they get it. Enough playing nice with these treasonous pieces of shite.

False. To enter a private residence without consent you need a warrant. Law enforcement officer needs is probable cause you committed a crime.
The crime of being illegal (misdemeanor or felony) they can be arrested without an arrest warrant.

Is there a statute he relies on for his ruling, or is it just a feeling he has?
I didn’t see a new order that tracks the headline, but the link discusses the order that was issued on October 8. This was related to a class action suit on alleged unlawful arrests pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1357(a)(2) and a settlement agreement on February 8, 2022 from a previous class action. The judge found in favor of the class and extended the settlement agreement until February 2, 2026. The text of the cited statute is below and the opinion is Here
quote:
to arrest any alien who in his presence or view is entering or attempting to enter the United States in violation of any law or regulation made in pursuance of law regulating the admission, exclusion, expulsion, or removal of aliens, or to arrest any alien in the United States, if he has reason to believe that the alien so arrested is in the United States in violation of any such law or regulation and is likely to escape before a warrant can be obtained for his arrest, but the alien arrested shall be taken without unnecessary delay for examination before an officer of the Service having authority to examine aliens as to their right to enter or remain in the United States;

Thats not how this works.

SCOTUS already reviewed that and we are allowed to stop anyone at any time regarding citizenship
To be honest this seems like the perfect area for Massie to flex some muscle and file articles of impeachment against this judge and other judges

Where is SFP to explain how this judge threatening to arrest federal agents for executing lawful orders is actually the best move with respect to the constitution?

. A county sheriff can arrest a federal agent if the agent commits a crime, particularly if they are acting outside the scope of their duties or break state laws. While federal agents have immunity for acts performed within their official duties, this protection does not apply when they violate state laws or act outside their authority.
bullshite. The supremacy clause disagrees. Any state law that conflicts with federal law is void.

Because when they talk with God they find them talking to themselves.

ICE should arrest the judge and drag him to a cruiser while he cries.

Any cop that dares try should be pumped full of lead with a quickness.

That is exactly what I was thinking. Who is going to go down that road? Local has no jurisdiction over State police. And both have none over Federal agents working for the executive branch. The Judicial branch appointed by leftists are out of control.

Bondi should put a warrant out for any judge that arrests an ICE agent for doing their duty. Charge them with interfering with an investigation.

Judge Cummings served as counsel to Barack Obama from 1996 to his senate election in 2004. How deep does the swamp go?
