I think some of you guys are confused. People aren't melting over eggs, they are making fun of you for believing that Trump would lower prices when everything he's done so far will only increase them. Oh, he did the gulf of america thing too, I'll give him that.

Meanwhile, they said nothing the last four years and even mocked people who bitched about their grocery prices. But NOW all of the sudden they care and a few days into Trump's second-term, it's all HIS fault.

I was paying $1.85 for a dozen eggs 3 years ago then all of sudden all these farms and shite start burning down and prices and inflation started flying high and was paying over $4 and higher.
Now we killed millions of chickens probably unnecessarily and it goes even higher.
Crazy to blame that on Trump if you know what’s been going on.
Now once we get some better regulations in place and cut out the fat ones and get some chicken orgies going on we will be back baby.

to hell with the eggs. My gripe is with the price of the crawfish. As a kid I baited my trout lines with them up at Toledo Bend. If I had to buy them by the sack to eat they were 25 cents a pound. Although I rarely had to buy them as they were so plentiful and easy to catch. So $5 for eggs is a drop in the bucket for what I have to pay for a crawfish platter or even more for a boil.
