He launches rockets AND ... he launches his peen into Talulah Riley so the guy is definitely not a loser.

ETA: I've often wondered why the left never calls anyone who supports their socialist communist progressive ideas, who also have received government funding, "frauds?"

Why is that do you suppose?

There is nothing innovative about Elon Musk. The man has been testing rockets for almost a decade and has yet to launch a man into space.

A few here, including myself, have pointed out that we are financing this fraud to the tune of billions of dollars. Why? Because he's a "visionary"? A "time-traveler"?

Please. Stop. He's a slick huckster.

Oh delivering supplies in a commercial vehicle to the ISS had been done before? Who did that before spaceX? The new roadster can do over 600 miles per charge, but seeing your understanding of basic science you think climate change is a Chinese hoax and don’t really give a shite about that, but ideas like that are the future. I’m sure yelling roll tide twice a day will contribute more.

The hate is politically driven. Selective outrage based on ideology. The same people saying he’s a fraud because he takes gov cheese are chearing on the tariffs. Go figure.

Edit: and I’m sure they have zero problem with Boeing and Lockheed taking the money. Or anyone that contracts with the government. Musk isn’t ideologically pure (which is weird in and of itself because he leans more towards their side more than most) so the mob goes and gets him.

Have you been in a coma for the last week?

We already covered this.

Also, the guy he called a pedo was not a cave diver, he was a British expat living in Thailand who was hanging around the cave trying to be important.

And Musk is correct that a lot of westerners who retire to Thailand are there for the sex industry, where many of the prostitutes are 12-13. So the dude very well could be a pedo.

Finally, the late night posters of PT (George, Pecker, David Gnome, etc) decided that pedo jokes are fair game. If you have a problem with pedo jokes then that means you are a pedo, according to them.

Maybe you should tell NASA to terminate their various strategic relationship agreements with SpaceX. Sounds to me like they could benefit from your expertise.
I conduct a great deal of business with NASA, SAIC, Boeing, Lockheed, Sierra Nevada and Raytheon and other aerospace contractors. It's politics. It's like that fricked up F-35 program. They've dumped so much money into it that they refuse to see it's fatally flawed, so they just keep dumping more in.

He doesn't land shite. He got our tax dollars and NASA's tech they developed over 50 fricking years ago and put it on different vehicles Which rocket system was landing itself 50 years ago? Saturn V? Redstone? Atlas? Titan? 1-B? Help me out here with your rocket knowledge.

Yea I don't get it. Not saying he's anything good or bad but he is doing very well for the US space industry.

Why should we believe you that it's totally flawed? Maybe your business is totally flawed. Why are they giving money to you?

Ralph is an admitted communist. Donald Trump, legitimately, stands for everything he despises

1) The incredible wealth-generation of capitalism and 2) limited, representative government.

It's going to be a crowded field, at least 6 other companies have hats in the ring. Boeing and Jeff Bezos among them

It will be which is great, competition drives innovation. The US is definitely in the lead on this burgeoning industry, that’s a good thing. Do you have issue funding NASA? What would be the difference in funding them vs funding SpaceX (which is doing it a helluva lot cheaper than NASA)?

Because we were hanging around in low earth orbit, wasting billions of dollars on an overrated international space station, when we should have been setting our sights deeper into the solar system. The space shuttle program was a gigantic waste of money. To go from sending men to the Moon to hanging around low earth orbit for 30 years was a severely shortsighted and idiotic decision made by our government.
