she and Wade split costs...and nobody to contradict this...yet.
She contradicted it. Wade testified he put everything on his card and she repaid him in cash that he has no record of or perhaps had his daughter hold onto. She didn’t testify to that. She said she gave him a little cash, approx 2200 but that she repaid him by buying things such as booze, cabs, and dinner. Their stories don’t line up because they are both trying to explain away cash that he testified too. She is obviously up shite creek because despite her words in a book she’s claimed that she kept large amounts of cash (up to 15k) in her house. She also knows she doesn’t have the financial records to show cash reimbursements hence the “oh I repaid him by buying things”

Plus, if she’s so scared of criminals threatening her at the South Fulton residence, isn’t that more of a reason not to keep such a large amount of cash hidden under her mattress?
She was talking about making what, 200k a year before the DA job (and implying it was difficult to raise her kids, at that).
That's about $11, 200/mo. after taxes. So she's testifying that at any given moment, she has about $50,000 in cash at her home?
Is she Tony Soprano?

Not sure, but the lawyers never made a solid argument against it.
Even if what she said happened is true, which it clearly isn’t. But even if it was true, she didn’t win a thing. See SFPs post on the previous page. BIG time no nos. She got slapped down in court.

Again, this was the testimony of a MAJOR PUBLIC OFFICIAL.
You know, I would even take her at her word that she had cash saved up from years prior so finding the withdrawals would be impossible. If her dad told her to always keep 6 months of cash on hand then she surely has been replenishing it after repaying Wade, right? That is was strains belief.
She tried to head that off by saying that since this has all started she doesn't have as much on hand anymore but why? What changed?

No. It's not
There are millions of people who pay primarily with cash...not the normal way of doing business, but it happens.

This is her civil asset forfeiture department after her testimony today:

Fani is the epitome of the stereotypical angry black woman.

Yeah, fricking poor people and criminals
Poor people don't have thousands of dollars in cash stashed at their house.

Sure, for which they have records of being withdrawn from the bank.

Reminds me of Huey Long’s infamous deduct box. A forensic audit of the Fulton County DA’s office needs to happen asap.

Which she said "that's inaccurate" when they brought up her own quotes from that book. So many lies.

White collar professionals with the type of bills that white collar professionals have?
As I posted earlier, paying for stuff in cash is not easy these days, unless you're talking small things like groceries (and even then, it's not exactly easy).

She has shown that keeping cash at home is normal for her. This is why they asked her about how she repaid Wade. They can't prove that she didn't repay them in cash. A cash hoard is a reasonable source of paying for things. Fani came in hot...but at end of day, did she and Wade split costs...and nobody to contradict this...yet.
Look at this fricking idiot.

This is not a windfall of cash that someone is getting in any form or shape...it's deminimus, case closed.

She’s also traveling with large amounts of cash out of the country. I’m not sure the number but generally you have to declare such things. I know I can’t hop on a flight with 10g’s in my pocket and head off to the Bahamas and not have questions asked.

Not our burden, bud. Fani has to prove she repaid these loans. That’s why you don’t use cash under these circumstances.
Why should a democrat have to prove an unwritten loan agreement with cash repayment?????
FJB and his brother James have not been asked to prove their Chinese money laundering loan agreement
/ repayment structure, why should we expect Fani????
Democrat voters don't care.

Move that goal post. Also, what is the acceptable dollar number in kickbacks that you think elected officials should be able to receive for awarding a government contract?
