Isn't that a problem for MAGA that may not ever be resolved?

I’d suggest it’s a problem for everyone that recognizes the cancer that Democrats are.

Strong coalition. MAGA never wins. Think about it when you choose your candidate.

That’s on GOPe. The time to get a GOPe candidate in is in the primary. Unless you are saying it’s logical to support a democrat (in this case a communist) over a MAGA candidate.

It's true but the MAGA fire burns bright. They don't see it.

All these smarter, better candidates should have put their name in the hat. This “better candidate” mantra is just the GOPe complaining about Trump-nominated candidates. It’s pretty simple.

Based on what? The other statewide races went comfortably R a month ago

You sound very witty and urbane. Are you for a balanced budgets and gay marriage?

Yes, it is completely aimed at plurality-nominated, substance-less and barely functional populists winning primary elections.

You are 100% correct. The segment of the GOP voter base that is needed to win elections does not value barely functioning humans or vapid carpet bagging TV personalities as candidates.

It is connected to Trump, but only insofar as he chooses the awful candidates. Had Trump chosen McCormick, PA would not have elected John Fetterman.

Trump’s desire to always subvert what he perceives to be “the establishment” in primaries is losing winnable elections.

This November, Republicans won every state wide election with one exception - the Walker/Warnock run off. Georgia is not a blue state. Clearly there were 4% or so of GOP voters who did not vote for Walker or voted Libertarian as a protest vote. Many squishy GOP voters in metro ATLA, I know as I live amongst them.

Let's see what happens today.

If the election had been rigged then Abrams would be the governor.

This is one of those “if pigs could fly” predictions. I hope Trump fades into ignominy and I hope he takes the spineless bitches like you with him.

My observation that bad GOP candidates leads to Democrat victories is spineless?

Walker is a freaking potato. Sorry bro. If I had to decide between the two, I'd probably just not vote.

Wow. Well, I'm glad you don't have a chance to not vote then, you dumbass.

Your sense of moral and intellectual superiority has been noted.

So sick of this shite. So you'd take guaranteed dem votes over most likely R votes because you think he's dumb? What does that make you?

I don't think you're far off but by doing that you are electing Warnock
At least Walker could be coached and vote conservative and it may only be 2 years w/ democrats in charge before next election could effect the 2024 senate

Why does he have to be some type of statesman? You’re voting for someone to either vote D or vote R. That’s it. Neither one will draft meaningful legislation or be in any leadership position. So do you want a senator that votes R or votes D

Yeah, Fetterman? Awesome candidate, man. A a brain damaged retarded commie Shrek against a polished, intelligent, moderate medical doctor. Again, you can't win against wide scale, government sanctioned election fraud.

There is really nothing we can do to combat the media and GOPe narrative that Walker is ignorant, stupid, incompetent, etc.. He does not have the speaking polish to get him over the hump with people way more impressed with eloquently delivered but empty platitudes. The man has common sense ideas and beliefs that likely mirror 95% of most registered republicans in Georgia but they don’t like the way he talks and expresses those beliefs so they will either sit home, bash the hell out of him, or vote for the enemy who the only thing that they have in common with is a better command of articulating the English language. Hershel is not dumb, ignorant, incompetent, or ill-informed on the culture war taking place in our age. It is sad that so many supposed America First types resort to the lowest common denominator of the radical left progressives by labeling him as such.

So this is how low the bar for US senate has gotten?

And no one is asking for a statesman. A functioning adult would be enough. Walker cannot articulate any policy position and is so plainly out of his intellectual depth that it’s embarrassing.

quote:

You’re voting for someone to either vote D or vote R.

This mindset is everything that’s wrong with Congress and nothing will get better until it changes.

quote:

So do you want a senator that votes R or votes D

At this point obviously everyone interested in saving the United States should vote for Walker.

But it is next level retardation to not see why nominating someone like Walker turns off voters who want more from candidates than R or D
